手提式拉曼光譜儀主要適用于科研院所、高等院校物理和化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、生物及醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域等光學(xué)方面，研究物質(zhì)成分的判定與確認(rèn)；還可以應(yīng)用于刑偵及珠寶行業(yè)進(jìn)行寶石的鑒定。該儀器以其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作簡便、測量快速高效準(zhǔn)確，以低波數(shù)測量能力著稱；手提式拉曼光譜儀采用共焦光路設(shè)計(jì)以獲得更高分辨率，可對樣品表面進(jìn)行um級(jí)的微區(qū)檢測，也可用此進(jìn)行顯微影像測量。
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ATR6000 handheld Raman spectrometer is a high integrate system. It based on transmission grating optical system and has the perfect reliability and thermal stability. The compact shape and easy portability enable the Raman spectrometer used in field operation much easier. The spectrometer is easy to integrate.
